Outstanding Customer Services
I want to thank Rick and all the folks at Master Tune that worked on my truck this past January when it broke down. I was about halfway through my move from Alaska to Texas in the middle of January, when my water pump went out. Fortunately, I broke down only minutes from Master Tune. Most places would have said “We’ll get to it tomorrow” or something to that effect. Not these guys! They were on it right away. The entire thing set me back about three hours. You are a great group of folks and I wanted to tell you that you are appreciated! It’s nice to see customer service like that in this day and age. If I ever hear an old redneck from Texas bad mouthin’ them er’ Canadians, you can bet your boots that I’ll stick up for y’all in a New York Minute. Thanks again and keep up the good work.

Hi Rick,
I was asked today if I knew of an honest mechanic and I happily referred your shop. It reminded me that I had been meaning to send you and your staff a message to thank you. I have dealt with your shop for a while and have always been exceptionally pleased with the customer service and the work completed.
I have had a lot of bad experiences dealing with mechanics in the past, and when a car needed service or repair, I got that same feeling of dread as going to the dentist – because I knew it wouldn’t be a good experience.
Luckily, after trying different shops each time, I found Master Tune. I have always been dealt with cheerfully by this lady in the office (sorry I can’t remember her name) but she is ALWAYS pleasant and professional. The guys in the shop (including yourself) are always a pleasure to deal with, and I feel I have been dealt with honestly and respectfully each and every time I have come in, and I usually leave laughing (what other shop can say that!). IT is a great comfort knowing your shop is there when I need assistance, so I just wanted to send a huge thank you to you and all the employees of Master Tune, you are appreciated!
